, 23, and Johnathan Rivas, 25, both of Trenton, have been charged with five counts of child endangerment after the kids were found in a house strewn with feces and without electricity.TRENTON The Trenton man accused of endangering five children found in a house strewn with feces and garbage placed the blame for the conditions on the kids mother during a court hearing Wednesday. The attorney for Jonathan Rivas, 25, who is the biological father of four of the five children, said his client was working hard to support the family and was primarily responsible for caring for the children between the ages, who are between the ages of 18 months and 5 years old.Santana, 23, was also charged last month with five counts of child endangerment after she gave birth to twins, her sixth and seventh children, at a local hospital.”My client was working literally seven days a week between two jobs,” said David Oakley, the attorney for Rivas. “It was the mother who was, or should have been, at the home 24/7.”Oakley said the couple is estranged.”This isn a case about a dirty house or being poor,” said Assistant Prosecutor Michael Mennuti. “This is really a case about locking kids in a bathroom and not feeding them or providing them medical treatment.”Mennnuti said said that Rivas acknowledged the condition of the home and was aware that two of the children were locked in a bathroom and were extremely skinny. Both Rivas and Santana are being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.Oakley also provided a Superior Court judge with seven letters that vouched for Rivas character in an attempt to get the bail lowered.Mennuti criticized the letters, including one from an individual who complimented Rivas for looking after their dogs.”Are you telling me he took better care of dogs than his children? Clearly they don know the guy if they think he so great,” Mennuti said.
The digital era has given rise to a more intimate custom. It has become fashionable for young people to express their affection for each other by sharing their passwords to e mail, Facebook and other accounts. Boyfriends and girlfriends sometimes even create identical passwords, and let each other read their private e mails and texts..
With that announcement alone though the other camera manufacturers suddenly had to compete at a completely new level. It unfortunate that RED took too long to actually get their product to the market, because in many ways they defined the DSLR cinematography market without ever even entering it. Had they actually entered the market as they initially intended, we would have an even more impressive array of cameras to choose from today.
